Most of the squad are open-standard anglers, with lots of experience in match fishing ,That said, we are looking for older and younger, and less experienced anglers to add to the squad, So if you are intrested the following characteristics are essential. You must be:
Extremely keen, fanatical about fishing.
Totally reliable. If you are the kind of angler who decides to stay in bed if it's blowing a gale, or frozen over, don't contact us.
Able to get on with others.
Willing to share everything you have learned with team colleagues.
Willing to communicate regularly, either by phone, email or face to face.
Able to deal with being dropped from the team for a particular match or series.
Supportive of colleagues who are having bad form, rather than blaming them.
Genuinely committed to improving your match fishing.
Willing to travel to matches plus practise sessions and stay away from home .
